About Us
DVRES is a Skill Development Training provider in India that provides skills training to people from all walks of life and communities across India, empowering them to become skilled and self-employed. The Government of India also runs other skill training programs throughout India. DVRES supports this initiative of the Government of India and contributes to its objectives. Through DVRES's Become Skilled program, we strive to empower those who are disadvantaged by government skill programs, due to irregularities, corruption, lack of adequate resources, qualified and competent trainers, or other reasons. We are providing skill training to these individuals, equipping them with the skills to establish their own self-employment, thus creating a new, skilled India. DVRES is both a scholarship provider and a skill training provider. DVRES is making a significant contribution to the country's talented, hardworking, unemployed, and helpless people and students by providing them a national-level platform to fulfill their dreams, so that a new India can be built.

Format of the Program
Selection Process:
Under the Become Skilled (Hunarmand) program, trainees will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, and all candidates registered for the program will receive training. However, selection of trainees will also be based on a first-come, first-served basis, and all participants in the program will receive skills training.
After training, an examination will be conducted for the trained candidates each session. The 100,000 successful trainees will receive gifts such as a toolkit, laptop, or mobile phone, depending on the trade they have trained in. All candidates will also receive certificates.
Only men and women between the ages of 10 and 40 can register for the Become Skilled (Hunarmand) program.
The eligibility criteria for registration in the Become Skilled (Hunarmand) program is to have passed Class 5.
The training period of Hunarmand Programme will be 10 to 15 days or maximum 30 days depending on the trade.
Training Mode:
The training would be held online & offline at the all over India level.
- For online training classes: The candidate just needs a Mobile Phone / Tablet / Laptop or PC and working internet connection.
Training Center:
- For Offline Classes: The training Centres available in your local area (city). We'll communicate to all candidates about your training schedules and training centre.
